Police: Man Held Up Banks In Midtown, Chelsea, Flatiron District

NEW YORK - Police on Wednesday were searching for a robber who has held up banks in Midtown, Chelsea and the Flatiron District in recent days. The first robbery happened around 12:38 p.m. this past Friday at the Chase Bank at 615 Eighth Ave., at 40th Street across from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, police said.
