The company's boss, Joseph Chetrit, had proposed a 96-unit office-to-condo conversion, topped with a penthouse that would list for as much as $150 million.

Burger & Lobster to Open New Location in One Bryant Park

A popular London-based chain known - and named - for its menu of lobsters and burgers is opening a second New York location in Midtown, according to a spokeswoman. Burger & Lobster will open a three-story, 150-seat restaurant this fall at the Durst Organization 's Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, located on 43rd Street between Sixth Avenue and Broadway.
