Party planner to the stars Colin Cowie has sold his flashy Flatiron District pad for $5.2 million, more than two years after listing it for $6.5 million, the Daily News has learned. Power broker Ryan Serhant, of "Million Dollar Listing New York" fame, sold the eclectic penthouse, at 27 W. 19th St. Cowie, who's planned parties and weddings for the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez and was a regular on Oprah, custom built the 3,000-square foot duplex apartment from scratch, after snapping it up for $4.58 million with his partner Stuart Brownstein in 2009.
