S.A. chef takes NYC

Jesse Perez, chef and partner at Arcade Midtown Kitchen, has opened A'xido, a fast casual restaurant in the Flatiron District of Manhattan that serves "traditional Mexican food with modern influences," in a menu of customizable burritos, tacos and bowls with an array of housemade salsas. Already, an article in the New York Post has raved about the place, calling it the "spot that dethroned Chipotle."
