Well, let's just say we found the one thing that makes the city lose its collective mind, and that's an impromptu Barack Obama sighting. Hundreds of people crowded onto a Manhattan block to watch the former POTUS exit a building in the city's Flatiron District, and proceeded to carry on like he was Michael Jackson in the year 1986 , Backstreet Boys in the year 1998 , and Justin Bieber in the year 2010 and again in 2016 .
