You know that one about New Yorkers being the most jaded people on planet earth? Well, let's just say we found the one thing that makes the city lose its collective mind, and that's an impromptu Barack Obama sighting. Hundreds of people crowded onto a Manhattan block to watch the former POTUS exit a building in the city's Flatiron District, and proceeded to carry on like he was Michael Jackson in the year 1986 , Backstreet Boys in the year 1998 , and Justin Bieber in the year 2010 and again in 2016 .
