The Fire Department of New York says a massive high-pressure steam leak has caused street closings in Manhattan's Flatiron District. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo says he has directed the Department of Public Service to conduct a full investigation into the cause of the steam pipe explosion in Manhattan.
